This Contract is between Boston Terrier Paws referred to as the Seller and our customer by name.
Boston Terrier Puppy Purchase Agreement
Buyer Responsibilities:
Payment: Pay total cost including all fees.
Care: Provide humane care (food, water, shelter, vet care). Due to brachycephalic (flat-face) breed risks, strictly monitor for overheating and never leave unsupervised outdoors.
Compliance: Allow breeder to check on puppy's welfare.
Seller Guarantees:
Health: Puppy is healthy, has age-appropriate shots/worming, and is temperament-sound at sale.
Registration: Provides AKC registration papers.
Vet Check & Refund:
Exam: Buyer has 72 hours from pickup to get vet exam.
Refund: If vet finds a pre-existing, significant health issue caused by seller, return puppy for a full refund (seller pays return shipping).
Future Care:
Rehoming: If buyer cannot keep dog, breeder has first right to take it back.
Refund: 30-day money-back guarantee (full refund) if not satisfied.
Restrictions: Dog cannot be sold/given to shelters, pet shops, or labs. Breeder must approve any third-party transfer.
